VOYEURISM
Voyeurism in 'private space' is a 'criminal offence' and also may lead to 'civil liabilities.'
​
1. (a) Voyeurism is an unlawful act and is defined as, 'spying' (in a social and community context), 'viewing,' 'watching,' 'listening,' 'recording' and otherwise 'observing secretly' (meaning the voyeur is concealed or privately concealed) either near or remotely an individual or more than 1 person in a 'private space.'

There exists within SOTI Cosmos / Universe - Multiverses... legislation to deal with voyeurism. In particular, there is legislation that deals with 'privacy' in the context of 'private marital' and other 'sexual relations' between 'Incarnate Sentient Beings' (ISB.)
​
2. VOYEURISM - 'PRIVATE MARITAL & OTHER SEXUAL RELATIONS'
​
(i) It is a civil and criminal offence to engage in the following specific acts of voyeurism described above 1(a).
​
(ii) Voyeurism within a 'private home' by means of any technical device.
3. SANCTION
​
(i) A person found guilty of voyeurism shall on a first offence be;
​
(a) fined (DETAILS)
​
(b) subject to a 'blocking sanction' (shall not be permitted to use any technical facility as defined below for a period of 6 months (computer, internet, camera, video recording equipment, tape recorder, microphone etc...))
​
(c) all material in the possession of the voyeur shall be confiscated should any similar material be found on his or her premises relating to the allegation with which the voyeur is charged. In such circumstances, all the content of the property shall be seized pending an investigation into whether 'voyeuristic material' relating to the existing offence can be found on the premises.
​
(d) a voyeur , upon 2nd conviction of offence shall be subject to mandatory imprisonment of 2 years and upon a 3rd conviction, a minimum of 4 years.
​
4. TECHNICAL VOYEURISM (BOTS ETC...)
​
It is a criminal offence to use any 'synthetic ' and / or 'technical' material / equipment to engage in the criminal offences mentioned above.
​
(i) In addition to the criminal and / or civil sanctions, detailed above, all technical equipment used shall be seized, the property sold at public auction and the proceeds distributed to any alleged victim(s).
​
5. LORD JAH ADE ADELJAH I & CANDICE LEMONIUS

(i) There exists a 'VOYEURISM MECHANISM & SANCTION' (VMS). This mechanism when deployed, prevents the 'unauthorised viewing,' by any 'Sentient Being' (SB), of the interior and exterior of any specified location, throughout the SOTI Cosmos / Universe - Multiverses...,

6. DEPLOYMENT OF 'VOYEURISM MECHANISM & SANCTION'
