In the SOTI Cosmos / Universe - Multiverses... one of the revolutionary aspects has been the creation of a 'Cosmic Bureaucracy' - wherein the Offices of The Cosmos are organised as a just and efficient 'Bureaucracy.'  The 'Administrator' of such a 'Bureaucracy' holds a office - a Cosmic Office - however, this 'office' is not as of old - meaning some random haphazard system and scheme - but it has been carefully created to express a just and efficient Cosmic functioning 'bureaucratic hierarchy.'

(2)  'TYPING' is currently carried out by the Very Noble CANDICE LEMONIUS on this 'COMPUTER.'  No other 'TYPING,' 'PREPARATION' or 'CREATION' of 'TEXT' and / or 'CODE,' 'EXISTS' and / or is 'VOID.'   THIS ORDER is retro-active / retro-spective and 'COMMENCES IMMEDIATELY.'
