COMMENTARY

The C.I.A. famously compartmentalises its information distribution among its staff, agents and assets. The principle it uses it is said - can be summed up in the phrase 'need to know' - which can be summed up by the action that you only tell the individual what it needs to know to complete a task. Whether this practice is true or not - who knows? However, The Cosmos can be likened to the C.I.A. in this aspect - in that,

meaning an Individual Consciousness is given that information which it needs to complete its mission.

Thus it can be understood why certain individuals may find spiritual teaching objectionable and cannot tolerate the metaphysical, the spiritual and occult knowledge - since in their incarnation as an 'Individual Consciousness,' it may not be necessary for their mission.
